Yes! Learners participate in global learning circles and mentor check-ins, building community and connection with peers around the world.
Do you issue diplomas?
No β but our portfolios and aligned pathways support various requirements. The portfolio captures evidence of learning and growth that goes far beyond traditional transcripts.
What age groups is Pathify Global designed for?
Pathify Global is designed for learners aged 8-18. Our platform and learning experiences adapt to different developmental stages, interests, and learning goals across this age range.
How much time does my learner need to commit?
Learning experiences are flexible and self-paced. Most learners spend 8-12 hours per week on their learning experience, with weekly live sessions. The commitment can be adjusted based on your family's schedule and learning goals.
Can Pathify work alongside traditional schooling?
Absolutely! Many families use Pathify as a supplement to traditional schooling for enrichment, passion projects, or to develop skills not typically covered in standard curricula. Our platform is flexible enough to work alongside any educational approach.
What technology do we need?
Learners need a computer or tablet with internet access for the platform and live sessions. Most learning experiences also include offline activities that connect to the learner's local environment and community.
What kind of support do parents/facilitators receive?
Parents and facilitators receive guidance on supporting their learner, resources for facilitating learning experiences, and access to our global community. Weekly check-ins with Pathify mentors are also available to provide additional support and guidance.
How are learners assessed?
Instead of traditional tests, learners build a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their work, reflections, skills developed, and growth over time. This portfolio provides rich evidence of learning that goes far beyond what a test score can show. Learners also receive regular feedback from mentors and peers.
