At Pathify Global, our goal is to ignite learners' curiosity about the world and help them feel deeply connected to the environments around them. Unlike traditional programs, we don't separate learning from life. We make it relevant, immersive, and alive through real-world learning experiences. We emphasise process over product, valuing exploration, reflection, skill development, and meaningful application along the way.

Through this journey, learners build the human skills that shape who they are, strengthen relationships, and help them thrive in learning and life. At the same time, they apply knowledge in authentic contexts and develop future-focused competencies that equip them to adapt, innovate, and lead with confidence and creativity in an ever-changing world.

Our Story

Two educators. One shared conviction. A journey that began on opposite sides of the world.

The First Journey

Emma Gleeson spent years travelling and working across continents, immersed in the world of international education. In classrooms from Asia to Africa, from Europe to South America, she saw a strikingly familiar pattern: learners with bright eyes and limitless curiosity gradually shrinking into systems that measured them only by test scores. Emma met young learners who could tell captivating stories, solve complex problems, or lead their peers with confidence — but those gifts rarely counted. Too often, their human potential remained unseen by the very structures meant to nurture them.

Then everything shifted. Emma stepped into innovative, project-based learning environments where the rules were different. Instead of memorising, learners were building. Instead of repeating, they were questioning. Instead of being told who they were, they were discovering it for themselves. Designing curriculum and co-creating these experiences with students was electrifying — she could see sparks of confidence, creativity, and agency reigniting before her eyes. It was in those moments that the trajectory of Emma's own life changed. She realised that education didn't have to limit learners — it could set them free.

The Second Journey

Emily Kerrigan began her career in classrooms across the United States, working in a wide variety of schools and communities. For years she witnessed the challenges of trying to reach every learner within systems that often prioritised efficiency over individuality. The turning point came when she worked with SCALE (Stanford's Systems Change for Advancing Learning and Equity), where she was pushed to reimagine education through a new lens: meeting each child where they are and giving them a reason to learn through creating projects aligned to their content with the focus on embedded skills and application.

That shift deepened when Emily became a parent herself. Watching her own children learn revealed something powerful: when kids are interested, invested, and given choice, their energy and retention soar. She saw how voice and agency didn't just engage learners — they lit them up. Emily became convinced that education wasn't about pushing content into students; it was about designing experiences that draw out their curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Her conviction is clear: with technology shaping our world, human skills and future-ready competencies must sit at the very heart of learning.

The Convergence

Their paths converged when they began working together on an education initiative. At first, it was collaboration out of necessity, but quickly it became something more. Long nights of discussion turned into shared visions. Together, they experimented, tested bold ideas, and witnessed how small shifts — a more personalised pathway, a portfolio that captured growth beyond grades — could reignite a learner's confidence. These moments of transformation were fuel: proof that change was possible.

From these early experiments, their vision crystallised: to create an edtech platform that empowers learners to grow not only in knowledge, but in character, skills, and agency.
